Job Description

1. Develop business plan and strategy for fly ash sales that ensures attainment of company international sales goals and profitability.
2. Building Brand for fly ash from Company i.e. ADBOND by designing & recommending International sales & marketing programs.
3. Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search for international sales leads and prospects.
4. Ability to prepare a mitigation plan for upcoming risks
5. Regular meetings with various fly ash buyers & provide on-site assistance
6. Implementation of action plans to penetrate international markets.
7. Regular feedback to management regarding international sales performance.
8. Formulation of system, procedures for uninterrupted flow of data
9. Make sure smooth operations for fly ash sale
10. Ensure fly ash utilization as per regulatory guidelines in target countries.
11. Maintains accurate records of all international pricings and sales.
12. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
13. To increase the revenue of fly ash by exploring new vendors / avenues
14. Timely collection of outstanding amount against fly ash sale from the customers.
15. To assist in preparation of study reports as per the business requirements
16. Imparting technical training to the team at various group level
17. Developing leaders and managers from subordinates
18. To attend various seminars & workshops on related topics
19. Conducting knowledge sharing / awareness sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

20. BE (Civil) / MBA (International Marketing) with 10 years of relevant experience in International marketing with at least 6 years in Infrastructure & Construction industry.
21. Experience in developing business plan and strategy for fly ash sales in countries across the globe.
22. Ability to draw relevant inferences from chemical & physical analysis of fly ash.
23. Building seamless and cordial relationship with customers to ensure achievement of desired business outcomes.
24. Exposure on negotiating with clients based on strength of fly ash characteristics.
25. Good exposure towards understanding of Cement, RMC and Aggregates manufacturing and Fly Ash usage therein with its technological development.
26. Knowledge of fly ash handling, logistics and other components.
27. Familiarity with international fly ash related business concepts, practices, and procedures.
28. Detailed technical knowhow about various applications of ash (fly ash/bottom ash) with understanding of all governing standards
29. Understanding of key process drivers i.e. Coal to Ash & its critical parameters.
30. Should have managed similar transactions, conducted feasibility studies, knowhow of market drivers, dealt with sale contracts of value more than Rs. 10 Crores in one financial year for fly ash / Cement / other products used in Infrastructure and Construction industry.
31. Exposure to all latest Policies / Developments related to Fly Ash.
32. Should have detailed knowledge of ash, i.e. its characteristics, physical / chemical properties, requirement of properties in different applications, etc.
33. Ability to analyse operational problems by evaluating available information and resource; take actions that are consistent with team/departmental goals/objectives.
34. Ability to identify ash Utilization Avenues, based on the fly ash characteristics.
35. Passion for setting, meeting & executing high standards of performance and result. Is able to drive continuously, to improve & excel.
