Our role is much bigger. The person needs to look at all the compliances in the company right from BMC compliances, RERA Compliances, Labour Compliances, MIDC, all government body liaison etc. It will be senior role reporting to the MD. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will head the Compliance Function for the company.
In this capacity the candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance on the following aspects;
- Statutory Compliances
- RERA Compliance
- Contract Labour Management
Conceptualizing & developing the strict implementation of Statutory Compliances under applicable Labour Acts / Rules.
Conducting Compliance Audit at Engineering Sites and report to Management in case of any non - compliances.
Handling Inspections/Notices carried out by the Government Labour authorities under various provisions of labour laws and ensuring logical closure of all such Inspections / Notices.
Drafting & Vetting of various contracts entered into by the Company with Contractors.
Timely Submission of various returns under applicable Labour Acts / Rules.
Design strategies for ensuring statutory Compliances to labour related Acts/ Rules.
Develop a robust review mechanism to ensure 100% Compliances. KEY SKILLS:
