3.Understanding client requirements vendor evaluation technically.
4.Selection MOC according to the processes condition and site criteria.
5.Line sizing according to the client requirements.
6.Carry out Hydro and Pneumatic test for pipe spools.
7.To prepare RFQ documents, Vendor evaluation, Vendor coordination, Procurement activities and Management.
8.Preparation & placing of purchase order.
9.Follow up of procument materials & Ensuring On-time delivery, Quality, Cost.
10.Inspection of equipments for final acceptance in Sub-vendors Factory.
11.Ensure delivery on time & Arranging for third party inspection.
12.To co-ordinate with client, performing Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
13.Preparation of monthly progress report for client submission.
